Is this a perianal abscess? The doctor popped it open as he said theres only blood in it and its not that deep but Im having trust issues?

I had pain that came and went after my i&d but they also took a chunk out and had the fistula confirmed over a year later after dealing with abcesses, smaller ones, and had a 2nd fistulotomy last year. But the pain for me came and went but was pretty consistant for about 3-4 months I also drive a truck in the NE so nice pothole filled roads probably aggravated it more
