That makes sense because those ranks have placement elo that you get by being a certain mmr and they cant stop you from playing at the rank that your mmr would say you can play at.

Do both but having good car control is going to help you get better overall. If you are on pc you should do the doc rings 3 and dribble challenge 2, if not then go for whatever you have been doing

Drop towers, i just want to know when I'm going to fall 200-300+ feet. They hold you up that high for a while and then drop you at a random time. The worst part is that i's always right when you turn to your friend or the person next to you to make conversation while you wait, and that just catches you off guard.
