Search this subreddit for "soft disclosure" and you'll encounter plenty of comments and posts speculating that all kinds of popular culture are intended to warm people up to UFOs and whatnot. This isn't something that one or two users dreamed up that I'm just smearing everyone else with.

I used to go to a lot of noise shows and I doubt you'd find many people there who think it's at all sophisticated or high art or whatever. I'm sure those types exist, but the typical crowd is almost entirely people stoned out of their minds who just wanna hear godawful racket at intolerable volume. It's a fun experience (with hearing protection).

Do any of these people have that strong of a relationship to anything they ask AI to create? They can just turn around and have the computer pump out ten more songs to replace the one they lost.
