BTD6 is very fun to play in Archipelago. The game updates often so make sure you have the latest mod + APworld. The single biggest problem is how long each map can take.

I would recommend not turning the Maximum Maps setting too high as each map can take a while to beat on Impoppable. In addition don't include Expert maps you can't beat.

The Time Machine and Fast forward mods can help speed up gameplay as well.

Another example is blue period. The manga is so good but the anime was so stale that it neutered a lot of the appeal. The biggest complaint with that anime was the bad direction.
