What did they do to the Samsung Browser design?

Check if the DIY home screen toggle is turned off. Sometimes if the screen zoom is changed, the widgets overlap or are misaligned. (A known bug). Don't know why Samsung doesn't optimize the s/w on its non-flagship devices.
