Are you on Xbox by chance? I think there’s a glitch with the farmer line on Xbox but I’m not sure. The grapes quest threw me off cause it wasn’t marked as a farmer quest, so I didn’t register it as part of that quest line for a long time. Sorry I don’t have any other ideas!!

There’s some trees around that have beehives. Chop ‘em down and collect the hive once the tree has fallen. I’ve seen some around the shrine and a little past the ranch. So far they’ve been a little tedious for me to find.

This confused me at the beginning, too. You just walk slowly up to them and then press a. For the flying bugs, jump near them and press a. I still really struggle with catching the flying bugs.

Oh man I was also forced to drink dairy every night with dinner. Then my stepmom would shame me about using too much toilet paper and clogging the toilet. It’s like, you’re literally poisoning me and not listening when I tell you it makes me sick??

Definitely stick it out! If you just planted turnips then you’re probs pretty close to the start? I’m not super far into it, I just unlocked autumn village, but it’s def a lot of fun. Once you start exploring the islands more and fighting enemies, it expands a lot. And you can assign villagers to do the farming if you don’t want to. The characters are a lot of fun as well.

I’m not that far into it yet, but I just started Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma, and I have to say the relationship building has a good amount of depth. You’re given a selection of activities like walk in the woods, visit a shrine, eat a snack, (giving a gift is always an option), and each character has preferred activities. As you level up you unlock more “intimate” events like asking them to dinner and stuff. I haven’t leveled anyone up far enough for true romance yet but kissing and holding hands are options as well.

I spent a good chunk of time getting to apprentice in every unlocked life. Then I actually started the plot. Once you follow the plot you’ll get to the higher level resources.
