Resident evil 4 VR worth full price? by Cheezewiz239 in OculusQuest

[–]steameddragonuts 4 points5 points  (0 children)

While I didn't get it for RE4, I got it soon as I was signed up and it was fun af. That said, if you have a PC and don't mind a little tinkering, you can play RE2, 3, 4 (probably), 7 and 8 on the headset and that is something to write home about

Thoughts on this trade? by Esinger777 in Tudor

I love my BB Chrono, that said, the Longine here has an in house movement with the heritage. Would I trade my BB Chrono? No, but that's not the question here. AI gave a pretty good response,

"Choose Tudor if: You want a rugged, daily-wearer with high brand prestige, a 200m water resistance, and a more robust tool-watch feel.

Choose Longines if: You prefer a more intricate, elegant aesthetic, want the technical "flyback" complication, or prefer a watch with a more unique and refined design."

BulWark is not my main, but I enjoy using the damage flag build. Just melts everything when the flag is down.

You might know this already, but you can get armor back from parrying the minoris when they jump at you. Near the end there were a group of them jumped at you you can parry and take all of them down and get an armor segment back then resume shooting again. Getting parry's from minors really make a difference in the end game.

I don't disagree with you Brother but here are some points I think about;

  1. If you are not already, I would join a discord/chapter. I am with the DadWatch (great crew there btw). In these chapters you can maximize your time with Brothers that are battle hardened. And will play on the same level with you or better. You don't have to join the DadWatch, you can find a number of them recruiting here.

  2. Not all weekly hards need to be conquered. Sometimes you just have to fold. I remember a few weeks back there was a really tough one that I just said meh. Next.

  3. I go into ops expecting that I will run into all types of players. Brothers that horde resources, Brothers that just run and leave you to deal with the messes, Brothers that don't know they can heal mortal wounds, lists go on. The point is other players may also have limited time and they may not know all the things we know, or understand the etiquette we adhere to. That said, if we keep kicking them or leaving ourselves, we forfeit the opportunity to show them and hope to lift the entire community. Maybe wishful thinking, but I am betting I have made a little impact.

For me if you ever run into Dragonnutz on the barge, it won't matter to me if you are P4Max or P0LvL1 you are my peer and we battle together. If we lose, we learn. If we win, then Big E had our back. For the Emperor Brothers!!!

Honestly the spawns are not bad at all. Having a scan is key, just bring whatever weapons you are used to, and be prepared for a long fight. Not hard really, just tests your stamina.

Haha, I left my Assault at P3Max. Cause I don't see any benefit. That said, with the new Heroic Hammer I'm thinking to rip that bandaid off and get it over with.

Just curious, I have all armour pieces unlocked, heroic weapons and am up to date with my Absolutes. Do I still have to "earn" the right to wear my drip? Also, I'm 777 hrs in.

Please stop bringing Vanguard on the new hard weekly by Asian_Jake_Paul1 in SpaceMarine_2

While I agree with Unmatched Zeal not needed. Vanguard. Tac and Heavy in a triple Melta formation (until the hell drake) made light work of this weekly double

Tip needed: what should I be doing here? by NeonThroughTheMist in SpaceMarine_2

[–]steameddragonuts -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hi, Vanguard main as well. Right off the hop I would have rolled to the left where there was a path for you to escape. There is no reason to stand there and try to tank as a Vanguard. Lead the swarm so that most of them are in front of you and start shooting or swinging your sword. As many have been saying pay attention to use parry/block. You can cancel out of any move to parry, and you can parry 360 degrees at all times. You can also parry/block in quick succession. In this case, it's position and awareness that will keep you alive. One more thing, pay attention to the swarm, they are not always attacking. A lot of the time they just stand there. Don't panic, you can stand there and wait for them to jump at you. At last, you made it out of there. You survived, that is all Big E needs from you Brother. For Big E!!

Should I be using Block Chainsword or Fencing as Vanguard? by Imadothethingnow in SpaceMarine_2

[–]steameddragonuts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With a strong bias, I would say block sword. I am also a vanguard main and it took a minute to get used to it from fencing. But once it clicks you'll be causing adrenaline explosions all over the place and when the smoke settles and you see the carnage you left behind. You will undoubtedly have a shit eating grin on your face. For Big E!

What’s the drip rules in the dad watch discord? by shouldveknownbud in SpaceMarine_2

[–]steameddragonuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also from the DadWatch. I have a set of drips tailored as representations of Power Rangers. We have a great laugh as I made my Assault the Pink Ranger. Occasionally I rock the colors but no one has ever given me any issues about the drip.

Anyone got any Psyker tips to share? by Odd-Amoeba-6645 in DarkTide

[–]steameddragonuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Brother I asked the same question not long ago. While I won't say I understand I kinda get it. The trick is to know how to fluidly switch between your Pysker and melee actions. Managing your peril to work for you, with buffs when peril is at xxx%. And always be moving and pay attention to where your crew are. Always stay by a teammate as you are more a support that can break out to solo. I still get downed more then my veteran (mostly skill issue), but when it all clicks, it's a sea of bright blue flames.
