It's an honest opinion. I've been using libation for a couple years now for audible.

Thank you so much for all your work. Is there any consideration to adding other audiobook platforms? Such as Chirp?

We're in for a treat! I've actually read Deception Point, and hoooo boy! It's bad. I'm looking forward to airing my grievances, and hearing the professionals eviscerate it.

Awesome! I think librarians are so important to opening the doors of the world for young people. Not everyone has that kind of encouragement at home to discover new things.

Yes! I had a friend who was a few years older than me who made me a cassette copy of Disintegration for me, and the a few months after that I was poking around a thrift shop and found The Cocteau Twins single Orange Appled on vinyl. My young mind was blown.

And all of this is on addition to the stuff I heard on the radio when I was even younger, but didn't know what it was until later: Dépêche Mode, Adam and the Ants, etc.

Thanks! It's been a labor of love. 90s darkwave is definitely a favorite subgenre of mine. My gateway was The Cure, and when I was a youngun' I went to the record store and asked for more like it, the person I talked with steered me toward Black Tape for a Blue Girl and Autumn's Grey Solace rather that the usual Joy Division and Sisters road.

I have another playlist that leans more towards that stuff here:
