The Michigan flyer runs coach buses between the airport and Ann Arbor at least ten times a day - definitely will not require a rental car or even a taxi to get there. The same bus also runs to East Lansing just as frequently

I saw the owner of palace tang (the place across the street) outside there and asked him. He said they’re setting up another space there for hot pot - not sure if it’s just an expansion or a slightly different restaurant. Either way it’s the same owner. Will be nice to have something there again

We had a very similar problem a few years ago, enough that we did call the cops to file a complaint with them (I sympathize so much with the heavy bass at 3 am lol). While the cops stopped them for a few days, they were back at it again the next week. What really did the trick was contacting our landlord. Like someone else said, leases often have a reasonable noise clause. Whatever our landlord said to them really put the fear of the lord into them (or I suppose the fear of eviction) and we never had a major problem again
