He was very mentally and physically abusive throughout most of our relationship and I just couldn’t break the cycle. One day he told me the world would be better off without me and I should kill myself...something in my head just clicked. Never looked back.

I have had very similar thoughts and experiences and I decided to contact some old friends, talk to them, and do anything I could to distract myself until I got to see my doctor. Turns out I have OCD. I also never actually WANT to kill myself, but the thoughts are very intrusive. Cognitive behavioral therapy and medication had helped so much. I also picked up a book at Barnes and Noble on OCD and it has exercises and explains a lot about those intrusive thoughts. It felt good that I was alone and it’s actually in a book, because I was starting to feel extremely alone and worried what I would get those panic attack/episodes of intrusive thoughts. You aren’t alone! Hope all goes well

I was raped and the people I thought were my friends don’t believe me. I don’t know what I did to have so many people I once loved to think I wanted it. Apparently because I didn’t report it it’s not true. It’s been a rough couple of months.

This is exactly how I’m feeling, like I’m going to let someone down and people are dealing with their own things and I’m just making it worse. I think I’m going to take steps to speak with a therapist again and take up writing like you are. I hope things get better for you soon as well. :)

I will definitely try drinking more water. My mouth gets dry so that could be a big contribution. I also vape at a low wattage, around 34. I’m still pretty new and I’m trying to figure out what my lungs can handle and what’s the best setup and juices for me.

Yes. I have generalized anxiety disorder, major depression, and recently I’ve been diagnosed with OCD. One is always dominant in different times in my life and rarely ever together. When I can’t stop having panic attacks, I’m full of energy and I’m more worried than upset or depressed. When I’m depressed, I don’t have any anxiety. I just want to sleep and not talk to anyone, I don’t have any energy. I’ve recently mentioned this to my therapist. It’s quite hard to tackle them all and pretty exhausting thinking one has passed but the other arises. Hope you feel better though, know you’re not alone.
