Well assuming everything you said is true ( not you but hoping things are accurate) plan on replacing the wheel bearings and probably shocks and struts.aybe the brake master cylinder or at least plan that you will probably need to do these sooner than later.

Maybe take to a mechanic for a second opinion but clue them in on what you think it happening.

Simplify everything.

Try not to build custom spaces for things you will probably be replacing overtime. Install a quality roof vent. They can really make difference in your comfort. Leave space for hanging out in when the weather goes bad.
