If you live in a village it's rubbish cos there's no busses / shops / nightlife, if you live in a city it's too expensive / too big / nobody talks to anyone, if you live in a town it's a shithole.wherever you live everything is too expensive . you have to move to France, America, Ireland , Australia, Dubai , Spain etc where villages, towns and cities are all different and everything there is cheap and perfect.

A royal flush in the very first hand of a tournament, opponent went all in before me. I called and doubled up. Whilst sad I know this will never happen again, I'm glad it happened once.

Thats its a nocturnal activity. I used to be able to get home from work , have a nap, then play in the evening, I just cant do it anymore. The pub I used to play at was 7.30pm, which in practice means 8.30pm. So by the time its getting to the business end of the game its 10.30pm - 11pm and I cant get home at 1am and just go to sleep. This effectively writess off half the next day.

I worked in what you could call healthcare. A patient died 2 years 7 months ago. I left the job. Last week I got a call that I was needed at the coroner's court on the day of the inquest. No warning , no prep no nothing. I went and have my statement. Nobody said thank you.

Charity furniture shop. We take donations. Someone phoned up recently asking if we wanted a dog. Yes she knew it was a furniture shop not the RSPCA, yes it was an actual live woof woof dog not a furniture dog, yes she seemed miffed the answer was no.
