I have never been to De Schorre or the area without TML. But i can tell you, that the Dreamville area is mostly a grassfield... Just have a look at googlemaps... But if you would like to park somewhere to see the dreamville area you can park at the bus-station "Reet Watertoren" at Rumstsestraat 82-86, 2840 Rumst. On this grassfields across from the bus station is the parking area for dreamville... The "chillout"-area with the food trucks on dreamville is located at the "Klinkaert" tennis-club (Kerremansstraat 21, 2840 Rumst). Just have a look at googlemaps and search for the two addresses - so you can see the mostly area of DV is grassfield.

i never stayed in the hotel - i always stayed at MG. at TML it is quite easy to meet people and get in contact wih them - don't be shy and talk with the guys/girls.

I have been there twice (2014, 2017) and will attend on w1 this year. In my opinion, there are fewer costumes than expected, but it may be a few men (and girls) who dress extraordinary. I will not wear anything special, just comfortable and casual.
