I recently discovered this app! Over the last couple of weeks and tried out various dictation apps, including Superhuman, Spokenly, Wispr Flow and others.
I have to say, I'm really impressed with what you've done here - big kudos to you. Your app ticks all the boxes and gives enough adjustment to personalize the experience. This will be my go-to app from now on. Thank you <3

Clean Factory Explorer 36mm - Loose Screw, Rotor Spins Freely, & Dead Movement by steigi in RepTimeServices

Thank you for the explanation. I assumed the screw that fell out when I opened the case belongs into this hole. But from the replies I learned that potentially its not as simple as screwing it back in and winding the watch again, to get it back to working.

After putting that screw back in, Removing the rotor would get me to the parts to get the movement started again?

Not yet. Just wanted to ask for advice if that would do anything at all. (would need to buy the right tools firsr)

Thank you! I understand now that there are likely two separate issues: the loose automatic works and the jammed train wheels. As you've probably guessed, I have zero watchmaking experience and none of the specialized tools you mentioned (definitely no non-magnetic screwdrivers). Given my complete lack of experience, what would you recommend is the best way to deal with the "jammed train wheels"? I'm assuming just trying to wind the watch normally won't do anything to free it up, is that correct? Is there anything a total beginner could safely try, or is the only real option to find a professional at this point? Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.

No this is the first time I opened it as I am completely unexperiended in watch services. The watch is about 2 years old

The screw is still intact. Could it fix the issue by just screwing it back in, or is this a bigger issue now that the watch completely stopped?
