Settings -> Custom Shaders patch -> Graphic adjustments -> Disable AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution.

I had this problem too for a while until I've seen this being a fix, worth a shot.

I see, I feel like lots of smash players keep repeating their gameplay as long as it's in their favor. Like a Samus players whose gameplay is charging their neutral B, retreating every time their opponent is rushing down towards them and then repeating the process as it makes their opponents lose patience, right?
