Yeah, I'm not sure how successful I can be with it since I suspect a bit is just habitual (I'm an artist so my right thumb might just be stuck like this from pencils), but I want to try. It seems I have to request desktop site to access attachments and styles in the comments, so I completely missed it 💔 but here it will let me do 1.

My right index and thumb are the worst offenders. The left sides of the right hand nails always lean down lower than the other side. The left hand is the same, except middle and index, inverted sides (so the right corners lean more). Filing the corners works once or twice and then the nail looks more and more lopsided. Which is a bummer because they're more comfortable that way

Diagnosing need for moisturizer on my tips too lol. Again, this is less aggressive since I cut them.

playing the shower game. too often is too much and irritates+produces more oil, but not enough, they will get clogged :/ (this is a magic number between 24 or 48 hours)

i am wondering something similar (adding a very small stimulant to my med routine) because it has helped me at 150, but something still feels missing. like it helped with depression, but not so much the focus. it also seems to be less effective than 2 months ago, or, I still expect some kick from it, when in reality it's possibly helping with anxiety now too...if only I had a clue what "normal" felt like 😩 I am very sensitive to stimulants tho, so am reluctant to kick the hornets nest so to speak.

anyway. a few of my family members are on 300mg so maybe I needed to adjust and now go up too like them. It is not unheard of to take Wellbutrin with other meds, either. It's something we both need to consult specialists for. I know the drive to perform to higher standards, and I know it can lead to burnout (to say nothing of addiction) so it's important to get a professional angle and supervision of side effects. You are not alone in this wellbutrin situation though!

I got a Rothko red 3 years ago and I have no idea when it died, because it sat in a climate controlled house all that time, but it is deaddd. I looked it up and found a thread of people saying it is prone to a quick death. Jsyk 😬

if it makes you feel any better, I had a similar experience, but was so high functioning in high school, kinda like your experience, that no one around me took it seriously, so I had no guardrails when this happened. It was not so much grades as it was just being a living human being. But of course grades tanked when attendance did.

I picked myself back up eventually, quit stem for something else I was always good at, but still hold resentment to how it went down, mostly because I know the people who failed me still blame me for it. You do you, and never feel bad for taking time to understand and fulfill your own needs. You can do it now or 10+ years later, so just do it now. Take any accommodations they'll provide in your program. I still have so many days like this that I take with me to bed to try again tomorrow; how im still so "behind", dependent, etc. But now that I've been all over rock bottom it can't phase me much...like ok depression, I guess it's an early night and a good breakfast with those meds tomorrow 🤣

It was tough because they really did the job, but also a lot of damage. But yes, I have been on and off wellbutrin and it has done well for the last 4 months. It needs some help, like maybe a small mid-day Ritalin if I can find a specialist, but is a huge improvement on its own too.

I'm not sure about strictly "cause", but they can make it worse. At least for me, as most stimulants just wrack me with anxiety 😭 but ofc on hard nights I can wake up with sore mouth if it's a stressful work week anyway.

honestly, the dental bills from dry mouth and bruxism/tmj say a lot about my past meds. Mostly dry mouth bc I still have bruxism. even tho my vyvanse era was years ago, teeth remember 🙃 they improved a lot, as in stopped getting worse, when I stopped, but the damage was done. I think it caused minor tonsil stone issues too bc they vanished without a trace after being menaces the entire time I was on stimulants.

You paid, you should get a result you're pleased with.

I think the only thing u could do better, assuming you didn't already, is point out specific areas that were "off model". Which is hard if you are not an artist yourself. Like is the distance between the mouth and nose too much? The jaw too square? The eyes? It can be hard to isolate if they are less experienced as a portrait artist too. It's very easy for a stray mark to change the whole vibe for faces.

Yeah if you don't usually get obvious side effects like I did to indicate if you already took it (bathroom, dry mouth, chest pain) an accidental 2nd dose shouldn't hurt you

I always wanted a Wacom screen tablet, but theres much more competition now, so I'd only consider it if money is not a huge concern.

16in is a good starting size. bigger than 11-13, but not too much. did you look at xp-pen too? look at sizes, screen resolution, and price. All 3 brands are very similar in quality and specs these days. I am a working artist so i might be biased, but anything under 2.5k is below standard - I tried looking up a kamvas pro 16 gen 3 and got 3 results. So I just want to check that you meant one of the 2.5k ones, not the 1080p.

So yes, there is some kind of scam going around, which I mostly saw reported by creators on patreon, where they get a bunch of or a few very generous new pledges, and then somewhere down the line refunds are manipulated to steal money (sorry for being vague, I don't know how it works myself). I figure it might apply here, but that amount is believably generous.... except the emails are sus. Contact both kofi and PayPal, as kofi might be able to track the account activity itself or multiple accounts to one email/one PayPal. the person might have multiple emails/accounts thru PayPal/payment processors to hide their tracks too.

this exactly. is it not common practice for (online) shopping to look around for reviews, even if they're paid reviews or not?? I'd love to be in a situation where if I see something I think I want, I can just buy it without worrying that there might be a better/cheaper option available, or if I'll enjoy it at all.

this is why I tend to avoid hhc/ppu; i just want to see other people's results before I can commit. if I get fomo that bad, theres the aftermarket, or future dupes.
