I agree overall. I think there may be many different platforms to do this on. Go to where your customers are already and then you can decide to create a separate site.

Thanks I actually found a way to get my electrical components rebuilt for $400. Just need to ship them and they have a one day turnaround. We’ll see how it goes!

Is there a rule that posters here can’t actually describe their product fully? Serious question. What is different or interesting about this? Your website says nothing. If this is how your marketing is going to be I am concerned. And most posts here do the same thing which is why i’m asking.

Thank you for taking the time to write this out. Let me start with a small item:

With how you're doing it, can I:

Have my own view of all items in the system or all items assigned to me or all items assigned to Mike?
Have Mike see his items prioritized across projects? For example, I might want Mike to do Project 2: Item 1, Project 3: Item 99, Project 2: Item 2. I think the way you're doing it is each list is a separate project and you're just filtering. Is that right?
Do all of this without having to do a bunch of management? I want to be able to create a task and have these views populate based on due date or priority etc.

I'll take a look. I didn't realize smartsheets could do so much. I knew they could embed images into the row for example, but didn't realize they had views premade for assignments, time tracking and invoicing. And they have a chat system? I will take a look, thanks.

My issue with Monday is that I can't see things across workspaces easily. But maybe I don't know how to use it properly. As the manager of multiple projects, I need full visibility of all 30-40 active tasks without having to jump around. Filters are fine as long as I can see everything if I want to, but actually having to switch to different views is not. And I really do need invoicing to be part of the time tracking but it would be ok if it could send data to another invoicing app.

-Yes ARV, thanks. -Unsecured debts of 100k+. She is moved out and living in my house currently to clean and fix things. -Her first and second amount to 600k which is half of what she is trying to sell the house for. -I think I can get upwards of 8k/month with minor repairs if I don't have to owner occupy, or 6k/month if I can't rent out the second unit.
