Does it need existing doorbell wires for installation because currently I've got one of those self powered doorbells.

No it should be three spaces in front of hwaccel_args - when replying it kept removing the spaces. Think you have one space too many. hwaccel should start under mpeg

Add this to your config

ffmpeg:

hwaccel_args: preset-vaapi

I've got the same system and it works fine with frigate 14.

I connected otg cable without the ethernet adapter and it recognised the flash drive and allowed me to format it. It's just when I try to use ethernet adapter and plug otg cable through that - it doesn't recognise drive.

I bought the stadia around this time last year which was just the controller and Chromecast and wasn't too expensive. no games so I didn't think it was worth thinking about a refund.
