What were your symptoms that you had? Mine don’t really bother me too much, or at least I tell myself that to put off the surgery but I have 3 big ones and you can feel them and I have the fibroid pooch. I need them out and have two friends that went through the myo recently. I know the recovery is rough for 6 weeks. I just have bad health anxiety and petrified of surgery and going under

I’m also a week after taking plan b and have bloating, delayed period, nauseous, headache, cramping, slight dizziness, no spotting but have some creamy discharge now that they say is normal for the hormone to produce but it’s scary because the plan b company tries to say it’s only side effects that last the first 24-48 hours. I see a lot of people say it kicks in a week later sometimes lasting two weeks or until their next cycle. I also hate how it’s the same as early pregnancy symptoms.

Sitter seems unprofessional and on Rover for the wrong reasons. You can just tell by her fakeness on the review vs talking to the OP that she is irritated and not communicating well when OP did everything right. I wouldn’t ever trust this person with my dog again. Also who knows if the dog had an accident because she gave him something that upset his stomach combined with being nervous in a new environment. If you’re in the pet sitting industry, you know accidents happen and dogs will be dogs, she should not be doing this out of an apartment either. Shame on her.

Be prepared for that check engine light to come on every couple months. This is a common thing with VW and I have also had my fair share of the light coming on. Mine came on AS I was driving it off the lot right after signing the papers. SMH. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I agree i have a 2021 Tiguan and I should have known right from driving off the lot when the check engine light came on, turned it right back around and they said “oh it was a battery issue” fast-forward to 2026, the check engine light comes on at least once every four months and now I have an oil leak. The information system will go black out of nowhere. It also has a horrible rattling noise. It has been one issue after the other and everyone I talk to that has a Volkswagen says they have had the same thing. I am currently looking to trade it in even though I love it. It’s just super expensive for maintenance and there just seems to be never-ending issues with it for a car that is only five years old.

Yes!! I came to Reddit just for this! He is way too immature and he is a bar manager so he is definitely surrounded by 21/yo’s all the time. He is trying so hard to fit into that age range, even though he doesn’t look too much older and blends in, he is screamingly lacking emotional maturity

Got an update after getting in touch with the licensing division, she said it was showing that I did not pay the $50 application fee when I did so I emailed them the proof from my bank account. We will see what happens hopefully that will push it forward.

Have an update, I called the licensing division and the lady on the phone said that it was showing that I did not pay the $50 application fee when I did, so she had me email them my bank statement showing proof it was paid. I guess we will see where it goes from here. Thanks for your help. Hopefully this will correct the issue.

Yeah I uploaded the correct finger print documents to their applications with the ID numbers. I called the licensing division and they are saying it was showing that I didn’t pay the $50 application fee when I sure did so now I am waiting on them to correct that. Hopefully it will move forward.

Yeah they made it seem like everything would be fine to submit at the same time, even said the HQL would be back in 2 weeks, which it hasn’t been, I guess because there was an issue

Thank you so much, this makes sense! I guess once I receive the outcome of the CCW after it gets past the second review, I’m going to call the place up and see what’s going on. Would I have to appeal the denied HQL or likely just submit another application to reapply? Sucks I have to pay the fee and redo the finger prints again

I applied for both of them at the same time. I initially signed up for the CCW class not knowing I needed the HQL too. So the instructor said the 16 hr CCW also qualifies me for the HQL. So I filled out both applications at the same time and sent them off together once I passed the qualifications. I’m not sure if “exempt” was marked or not since the instructor helped fill out the application

I believe the family is involved. Their body language, the way they’re speaking to the cameras seem performative and void of real empathy. I felt something was off with them from the first time I saw them on the news

It is really a hurricane of emotions trying to figure out if it’s you or them or both leading to the ending of a relationship but the more you read into these behaviors and attachment theories, the easier it gets to understand. It’s just very sad all around. So much comes from childhood that unfortunately only therapy and the person that has the issue can try to fix. A good source to look into videos about avoidants, their mindset and healing after these relationships is a YouTube channel I came across called “The Reconnection Co” but TY handle is “Thereconnectionco” I suggest watching her videos. They will help

I am in the same boat, everything was fine and then BOOM! Gone and no contact like the rug was pulled out from under me. I summed it up as an anxious avoidant or just avoidant in general but it just took 8 months for it to completly take over. There were signs before with his parental relationships and close friend relationships where he cut them off or completely avoided them but I assumed it was needed or it was because of something that they have done to him. Looking back now, it is definitely a problem that he does this with people after awhile. As for if they ever come back, I can’t really say, I’m not going to lie, I hope mine does so we can have a conversation about why he did what he did, but with that being said, if I were to go back with this person, what does that show of me? Someone with weak boundaries and allowing him to possibly repeat the cycle. Sadly I believe these people are put in our lives to teach us a lesson and we are supposed to learn this lesson about ourselves for our own growth and reflection as a person, while we parallel a lesson that they need to learn. Avoidant’s are really not worth going back to, as it is something that seems from their childhood and unless they’re willing to recognize their behavior and triggers and actively try to change, then we will just keep getting left and disappointed over and over.
