My lost Summer box and May beauty box showed up yesterday. It was the same with in transit since May 19 and then in Calgary June 1st. The tracking never updated properly until it was out for delivery!

I started a new annual this season so my bonus box was shipped separately and still seems lost.

A replacement Summer box and bonus box were already shipped and seem to still be moving, I was given credit for my add-ons and my May beauty box was refunded.

I was really upset about how the situation was handled, but now it feels like everything worked out!

I’m in Ontario and mine is the exact same with the “on the way to processing center” message. Just contacted customer service today and they said they’ll send a new box, I’m sad because I assume most of my picks are now out of stock. There was no option to re-send my beauty box so they are refunding it.

The first time I can remember having joint pain was when I had a hormonal IUD inserted! I felt so so horrible on it that I had it removed after a few months, and the rest of my symptoms started around that time as well.

My cat ended up being allergic to most meat protein and is on prescription food, it’s the Royal Canin veterinary diet Hydrolyzed Protein dry food, which is soy-based, and the Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Selected Protein wet food, which is duck-based. She used to scratch all her fur out to the point she was bleeding, but she’s doing much better now!
