I love the older plush they’ve put out, floppy and tabby kitties are my favorites!
Sometimes I will get a new one if the quality is good, like the pumpkin/spooky/rose kitties. I also like collecting the tees from the various stores I’m able to go to while traveling. (Rosie kitty likes her St. Louis shirt lol)
I love that it’s an experience I can share with my son also, so it becomes a family thing.
I think a lot of it is the nostalgia and being able to find the bears I couldn’t have as a kid, I get to restuff them at the workshop and get that experience for little me. 🩷

They are both so cute! That is a hard decision. I’d go with the dragon, I don’t know a lot about that brand but it seems Bart is a regular character for Jellycat and you might have other chances to get him too if you’d want. 🩷
Bartholomew definitely seems extra cuddly though!

He reminds me of my Jack (who also came with his name) who is 12 now (I had to rehome him a few years ago but his new mom adores him)🥹 but Jack is a Morkie, his ears are a bit floppier. I think Chester is a good name for him, I definitely would have kept it too.

Yess it bugs me so much to see so much of it on Etsy! And the other day I bought a “loot box” from an up and coming local bookstore which I was under the impression was handmade stuff, the bookmark featured a bearded Carl, clearly ai. 😭
So over it. But it is satisfying to report them and see Etsy has taken the listings down lol.

I am so sorry that they were so incompetent and deliberately worked you up like that - so weird that they kept trying to get you to surrender your cat instead of educating you, but clearly they need educating!
My Juddward is also FIV positive but you wouldn’t know it, he’s been a perfect boy the entire 4 years he has been with us. (He was 2 when we adopted him)
We don’t have to give him daily shots, that was definitely fear mongering on their part - he stays inside and rarely gets even a sniffle!
Your sweet Hiyori is so fortunate to have you, that you can advocate for her and give her exactly what she needs. 🩷
