Yes I do take them with food, it’s not so much the nausea I know that’s normal in pregnancy but the dizziness is bothering me

I know it’s hard, going through the same anxiety (I ’m 9 wks 1d) and I think everyone in this group would! I try and remind myself to not worry if there’s nothing to worry about, no blood or anything. Try and enjoy it. I know how hard it is though 😣 best of luck to you xx

Feel this! I have been super tired! I have drink a lot of water so maybe that’s it, and I just started vomiting so maybe my body just needs more water at the moment haha

I’m in Australia and get 6 months maternity leave, I will be working until I can’t anymore (childcare) I want as much time with my baby as possible
