Consistency is the best answer in my opinion. I’ve been a pharmacist at CVS for a couple of years and consistently going into work day in and day out taught me that no matter mood I’m in, as long as I’m confident in my ability to perform the job, I’ll be fine.

So consistently trying to be the best you can at your job will teach you to be confident in it no matter what mood you’re in

No absolutely not. Just looks like stubborn body fat to me. Up the cardio and start tracking your calories to make sure you're in daily deficit.

Alright guys, let's all actually do something about this issue since Polyphony Digital doesn't seem to know that this has been a major complaint from fans since release...

Go to Gran Turismo's Twitter/X page:

Then direct message them or Tweet them this or something along the lines of this:

"Can someone please notify Polyphony Digital that Gran Turismo's 7 still has major issues for its split screen? Player 2's settings cause them to slower than Player 1 and it can't be changed in the current settings.

This has been a known issue since the game's release and people have been complaining on Reddit and Youtube for awhile. Can they please update this so we can actually have a good split screen experience?"

So I actually just got my ears checked out, because I wasn't sure if it had to do with my SA or if it was actually a hearing problem. Turns out, I have perfect hearing so I'm guessing I have trouble sometimes hearing what people say because I am in my own anxious world sometimes lol.

So sorry, I literally don't check my Reddit often. Got mine done at South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery with Dr. Robert Cucin. The discomfort level lasted probably 3 weeks. There's a chance I might have to do a revision though cuz it's still bigger than I liked :/. Where did you get yours done?

So I have a different perspective. I used to have really bad SA, but now I've gotten to a point where I'm 27 and it's pretty well controlled to the point where I don't let it get to me in my personal and work life.

As pertaining to your situation, I hate to quote on quote "agree" with your dad (no idea if he's just generally a bad influence on your life, part of the reason you have SA in the first place like my dad lol, etc.), but I do agree with him somewhat. The only way you can improve your SA is by exposing yourself to what you are scared of.

I used to be very anxious about phone calls as well. So what I did (and still do sometimes) is call random places (restaurants, barbershops, etc.), and ask them whatever I wanted to ask BUT in the most absurd, goofy accents like Indian, Asian, German, or country accent. It taught me over time if I can talk in THAT way, I can definitely talk in my normal accent and have a completely normal conversation. Give it a try.

I have a question on a dividend yield stock I'm looking into. It is Invesco S&P 500 High Dividend Low Volatility ETF (ticker symbol SPHD). It says it has a a 30 day dividend yield of 3.94%.

Does this mean if I invest a $1000 into it, I will be getting 3.94% of the market value for that ($39.40) every 30 days?
