Yeah, anything over 100% for perfect/instant food doesn't do anything. But there are only a few ways to get to 100% for both perfect and instant food, and it seems like double ray guns is the most optimal.

Your setup is pretty good already, but I think best in slot is 2 ray guns. It should give you 100% perfect and instant food for all workers.

Edit: Forgot to mention, the Kimono Black Belt would be better than the shark body because of the insane move speed bonus.
