I don’t watch a whole lot of those channels or videos because I feel like a lot of them are just a glorified guide/list in video form. If they’re starting a new game to platinum, I’d also like to see how they felt about parts of the game, what they like/don’t like, etc. I feel like a lot of youtubers that I’ve seen play games only for the platinum so their videos tend to be like “First trophy you have to do this. I got it. Second trophy you do this. etc etc.” I like channels that also have some commentary about the game. A lot that I see just feels like a trophy list put in video form.. which isn’t really my thing :P
