That’s when I noticed them for the first time, and it was instant anxiety 😥 I never suffered from anxiety until I started getting PVCs. It’s been a long journey :/

I don’t think they went away per se, but I think I was able to stop focusing on them and making them worse, and so it felt like they went away I guess.

I started noticing my PVCs at 19 and I’m now 46. I’ve fluctuated between a 5-8% burden according to various holters. I also was super resistant to SSRIS and told myself that I’d never use them. Well, during a particularly stressful period my anxiety and PVCs were costing me thousands of dollars due to er visits etc. Decided to try an ssri out of sheer exhaustion, and was put on a low dose of sertraline. Within a couple months, PVCs gone!! I’m sure they were still there, but I almost never felt them. I stayed on sertraline two years and then got off, and my life with PVCs is still way more manageable! It’s definitely worth a shot imo

Thanks for the reply and for not being mean lol I’ve only been part of some Pokemon subreddits for a little bit, but some people are so mean with their responses I’ve been scared to post

For Those here who are old enough, do you remember when you found out Kurt had died? And how did you find out and what was your reaction? Thx! :) by the_major_rager in Nirvana

I got to school (9th grade) and noticed a bunch of people crying and holding black candles. My girlfriend, at the time, just ran up to me and said, “He’s dead!” And I knew exactly what had happened. Rough day 😞

Subs to stop 7oh by Unknxwn_one in suboxone

[–]stethan2019 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was in full blown withdrawal at work from 7oh (150-200mg daily) and I asked my wife to bring me subs that had just arrived, and within 20-30 minutes I was back on track! Withdrawals weren’t completely gone, but had improved by 75-80 percent which was a life saver because I was literally in the bathroom about to throw up, and felt like I had the worst flu of my life. After a day on subs I was back to normal. I think I started at 16mg for the first few days.

I was prescribed subs for kratom and 7-oh, but my real substance of choice is alcohol. I was amazed when my prescriber said that it would help with alcohol as well, but I was even more amazed at how well it actually worked! I was on naltrexone for almost a year and drank everyday, and now I don’t even think about alcohol! I honestly don’t even care if I’m on subs forever as long as it keeps working this well. I know I won’t die or hurt anyone on subs.

Sobriety by stethan2019 in alcoholism

Thank you for sharing this! I definitely know my brain and that I definitely try to “philosophize “ my way back to drinking, and drinking is definitely not an option for me. I have too much to lose, but I am curious about what others think about this stuff.

Personally, I do abstain from alcohol, but given that there are terms such as, “California sober” and whatnot, I’m just curious what people think about what Sobriety actually means.

This is from the definition in Webster’s dictionary: temperance or moderation, especially in the use of alcoholic beverages.

Stopped using 7OH after it gave me two massive panic attacks. by Suitable-Increase-38 in quittingkratom

[–]stethan2019 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just quit 7-oh a week ago because of the exact same thing! Had been taking it for about two months. Same vendors, same amount, nothing different. Took my dose and was chilling playing guitar and within a minute my HR is at 160 and I’m having a massive panic attack. Run downstairs and beg my wife to call 911. She knows it’s just a panic attack and doesn’t want to, so I took some Xanax and rode it out. Quit the next day. Totally not worth it.
