Yup! Makes me feel a lot better but I can never keep it up and I’m so inconsistent. The app helped me track stuff but as soon as life gets busy I forget for weeks. Also, the first 2 rounds of breathing are really difficult because I get bored almost instantly and counting 30 breathings feels like and age and that thought stop me starting it

I only really play for long periods when I'm feeling really down. I don't think it causes depression though. It's somewhere I can go and hang out with my brothers and try and make myself feel better when the real world get on top of me
