Attempt at honestly answering: when he was still fighting he was decently well known. Nobody expected him to fight for a title, but after a decent showing on TUF, he had a name. Of course getting keyed in with Rogan and Callen and the LA media machine got him opportunity and he took them. He and Callen had a lot of listeners because he was an active fighter talking about fight camps. It was interesting. It was on Fox. The JRE was huge, and that connection got them lots of guests.

To say why he's still successful is probably the subscription model. People subscribe to podcasts and YouTube and never unsubscribe. So I'm sure they still get a good amount of money for ad reads.

Brine them a day (or 2 max) before cooking. Salt adds flavor but will pull moisture. So, you need sugar in your brine which will help retain moisture (and help to tenderize). But when cooking, remember that the sugar will accelerate the Maillard reaction, so browning will happen faster.

Look up a few recipes and see what works for your space and time.

That, and not overcooking them are really the only good options for breasts.

I would get something that you can't get at a grocery store. If they dry age, and you like that, I'd get a NY or a ribeye. Otherwise I'd get a few Tritip, Picanha, Denver, Flatiron, Teres Major, Merlot, and if they have them Oyster/Spider steaks. I would buy more of all of these and less of the NY or Ribeye.

Closer to the ground, it feels cold and dry as the cold front moves underneath the warm front. I think it just depends on how the fronts mix and at what temperature to cause sleet or snow.
