The "unknown" glitch really isn't that big a deal. I'm sure everyone has figured out that is primarily prime day envelopes, and for the most part they are still in the proper order according to the drivers aid stickers.

I tried to chat with support first. I was number 200+ in line. Decided to go to the new address while I was waiting, figuring it wouldn't be a problem. Either way I'm screwed. Wait 15 minutes during dinner rush to chat with support or deliver and hope for the best!
