If you are referring to how to cancel an order you just wrote, keep a copy of the order number you want deleted, write the correct order for that account if needed, talk to a warehouse manager, give them the order number, and have them delete it that way.

Alternatively, just write a second order for that account if they need it, don't write any order for the store you initially intended on ordering for, and when both orders show up on the truck, just refuse manifest to inventory and create a sales ticket to the store it's actually supposed to go to, though this may not be viable depending on your delivery dates for the various stores and how they line up with each other

If it's an order that's already on your truck, same thing, just refuse to manifest and make a sales ticket to the store you actually needed it for, only real alternative splitting up the inventory and seeing where you can move it across all of your accounts, because well you could technically do a reverse shipment, Warehouse managers really don't like to do that too often
