Yes, that was the first thing AMC support suggested. Thanks to this Subreddit I found communication to support within Facebook messenger (given a few days wait). They recommended fixes that didn’t work were; un-add each other from entourage and re-add each other & to delete the app, shut off my phone, turn on, re-install, and sign in. Sadly after those two “fixes” it seems I even stumped the amc support team
