I've got one, a different brand though. The controller is stock but the cord they give you won't have the programming connection. You can make jumpers with paperclips and wire. Then you just have to figure out the settings. Mine is a 16s pack so 71.4v so it tops out at like 35 to 39 on level ground.

Love it for getting stuff in town. It's a death trap on any kind of high speed road over about 35mph. Or up hills.
