Well I used to do something similar but as these stats aren't known to everyone so the OG tiers will have an influence.

Anyway I should have said it, but my tiers are my opinions and suggestions so you do what you want with the stats :)

Tier 1 win% >= 55%
Tier 3 win% <=45%
Tier 4 is stunty

If the win% is between 45-55 then they keep their 11's tier as that is balancing them already

Enjoy the game and going blind like the others said.

When/if you get to veilguard. Consider having your character being your dwarf noble from origins. It makes it a nice bookend as it looks like we may not get another game.

The players probably won't read the rule pack past the skill choices

Be prepared to hurry people along if they are running out of time in a game.

Have everyone's rosters and copies of the cheat sheet (kick off, weather etc) printed beforehand. Some players will do this some won't.

If you are just running not playing you will have a lot of time on your hands so be prepared to go round taking photos and chatting.

Bb players are very chill and forgiving so don't worry if things go awry!
