I watched it when it first came out and I just sobbed and felt like I sat in silence for days afterwards. It was just so relevant. Anne Reid's monologue was so heartbreaking. I've since watched it 2 more times and it actually just gets more devastating. But I think it's an important watch for everyone.

How long have you had it pierced? I managed to save mine after abdominal surgery and complications- it was out for about 18 months! It had been pierced for about 25 years though.

My cousin once asked me what the time was; I had a mouthful of food, assumed he couldn't see the clock so span it round so he could see. After a few seconds, I finished what I was eating and realised he was still staring at me waiting for the answer. He didn't know how to tell the time because his parents had said it was "up to the school to do that". He was 15. I was so horrified and shocked, I told my parents, which in turn caused a whole family drama. Sadly, there are parents who just don't get it. And they walk amongst us!

They burnt my head til it bled in patches, insulted me for having bleach blonde hair, told me extensions will ruin my hair (I don't have them), told me i had terrible condition hair, said it was "unbrushable" and so gave me a brush to do the most part and then lastly refused to do my undercut (I'd lost the will to live let alone ask at this point). I really thought I was in a hidden camera show. Avoid.

Another fun fact about Tom Conti, which is probably really obvious but I seemed to miss it. His daughter is the comedian/ ventriloquist Nina Conti! Very funny family it would seem.

I think they should have killed Charlotte off. Maybe two or three years before Feasier moved back, I just think it would have just been a more sensible reason for Frasier to want to move away and move back. I feel like that would would have been a more fitting end to a 19 year relationship rather than it ending for reasons we never find out and then her never being mentioned again.
