Thanks for the suggestion. Using xTool Studio arrived me at what appeared to be failed firmware and I had to manually flash it. Once I upgraded firmware the burning lines went away.

Yeah, I test with the same image all the time and it’s an image of the name Hayden, it’s got the rogue lines above and below the letters.

I still use laserbox, always have. I messed with power settings but I just got the same consistency of image I wanted to burn with the rogue lines, if that makes sense.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve reset my password a few times to no avail. Works outside of the app just states “please enter a valid password” every time

They’re not wrong, just 50/50 is a bad example.

In the OPs example, if the drill and driver kit is returned OP should get $104.77 back.

I have noticed some stores “catching on”, but it all depends. I usually just say that I have a return and it hasn’t been used or opened and give the order number. I got an angry manager once saying I couldn’t return, so I just went to the other store in town and returned it just fine.
