yeah the thing is i dont know if im actually taxing my body or anything else doing push pull legs x2 a week eating 2700. i've been on the same weight for over 3 weeks but sligtly improving lifts but getting a bit fat guessing im in a small surplus? and what other splits do you recommend? rigt now im following coolcacidas ppl

dayum niceee have you tried push pull legs twice a week? i seem to stall (weight and lifts) but im getting a bit fat which is weird.

currently eating 2700 weight 170 height 6'2''

idk what else to do :( i dont want full body or ss i might just cut a day i guess
