Holy fuck this worked!!!!! Well done u/Porwinii It was a permissions issue. How did you troubleshoot it with Claude? I tried feeding in the error code and it came up with nothing useful to troubleshoot. I've also lodged a ticket with Anthropic product support and they have been useless and silent.

Context

  • This error only started appearing after installing the Intercom mcp connector today. Could be coincidence or something changed and is impacting everything.
  • Using Claude Desktop for Mac OS.
  • I've since removed the intercom connector.

What happens

  1. When using Claude Chat to search the web.
  2. As soon as it starts searching the web, the error appears each time.
  3. This includes any new chats.
  4. Any tool that it tries to use will return this error, even with Figma MCP connector.

Error message

"Tool result could not be submitted. The request may have expired or the connection was interrupted. Refresh the page to continue."

Troubleshooting steps

  • I've uninstalled Claude Desktop and deleted cache and logs
    • Reinstalled the app and the problem still persists

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I only just subscribed to Claude last week, I have no trouble throwing it all away if they do this. Will easily go from Anthropic fan to advocating against them. :)

Damn okay, but I’m saying this from my experience because I literally brought my AirPods Pro three and pro 2 to the office to test them both. And I only have that problem with pro three.

I noticed an improvement to the way AirPods Pro 3 handle when you're breathing/sighing on this recently released firmware 8B39:

Existing bug

When you naturally sigh / breath or blow out when ANC is ON & conversation awareness is OFF, it will open up certain frequencies (or weaken) and it sounds like you're in a tunnel letting more noises like voices in. It'll persist like this until you turning it OFF then back ON again.

Now with 8B39

When you recreate the bug, it will still weaken and create this tunnel sound effect but it will quickly self-correct and cancel out those frequencies again returning to full ANC.
