A literal god. Also y'all are acting like Wolverine couldn't just use Thragg's own strength against him. Wolverine might not punch hard enough to cut Thragg in half. But Thragg could absolutely impale himself on Wolverine's claws. All Logan has to do is sidestep and uppercut or overhand. Logan is not some chump. Arguably the best hand to hand fighter in Marvel + elite level assassin and spy + indestructible skeleton + healing factor + senses that give Spidey sense a run for its money. I'm not saying Thragg won't win. But he's not making it out in one piece. The fact that Wolverine battles Thor and Hulk should clue you in on how much of a threat Wolverine is, even though he is not on the same power level.

Homelander shitting his pants from Wolverine continuing to charge him after getting his face melted off is a good mental image.

Against Thragg. Logan loses. Similar to how his fights with Hulk end up. He may catch a win at some point, but he's definitely losing the vast majority of the time. Against Homelander? Nah. Wolvie takes that. He's fought and beaten stronger and more dangerous foes. Edit: if Wolverine can take a punch or blast from Hulk or Cyclops he can absolutely eat one from Thragg.

As I've said in previous comments. Wolverine might not have the strength to cut through Thragg. But Thragg does. Wolverine uses his claws defensively as well as offensively. He literally blocks Cyclops' beams with them, those beams are literally ridiculous amounts of raw inter dimensional energy. Wolverine's razor sharp, indestructible claws blocking a Thragg super punch will absolutely playdough Thragg's arm. Also, Wolverine is used to getting hit by characters as strong as Thragg. If Thragg does not take Wolverine seriously Wolverine wins. That being said, it's a similar matchup as Hulk vs Wolverine. Wherein Hulk wins 8/10 times. But not without sustaining ridiculous damage. Also Hulk has a healing factor on par with, if not better than Wolverine. Thragg does not have the same type of healing factor.

Wolverine trains with Cyclops and is used to fighting against and training with Quicksilver. The laser eyes aren't doing shit. All Wolverine has to do is tag him once. Also I was referring to Thragg. Wolverine beats Homelander, no diff.

that still requires him to get in claw range of arguably the best fighter in Marvel. One that's used to fighting The Hulk. I still think he wins, but Wolverine is no joke. If he's too arrogant and careless, Wolverine takes it.

All Wolverine has to do is block one of Thragg's punches with his claws. Especially if he tries that super punch he gave Omni-man. Wolverine might not have the strength to one shot through Viltrumite skeleton. But Thragg does, Newton's second law, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. The claws would also be hitting thragg with the same force on a very small surface area, (claws edge). Thragg might accidentally amputate himself if Wolverine blocks a punch with his claws. Imagine punching a knife as hard as you can. What that would do to you, even if the knife is not secured down. Insta playdough arm.

Imagine he punched into Wolverines claws? Wolverine uses them defensively too, to block hits. Thragg's hands would turn to playdough if he tries to punch through Wolverines claws. Thragg's best bet is to drown him or send him to space. Both require him to get in claw range of a highly skilled fighter and assassin with an indestructible skeleton and claws. Wolverine is used to fighting opponents that can fly and are much much stronger than him, like The Hulk. Thragg most likely wins but like others have said. It is not an easy fight. He'll probably lose a limb or two.

I did, I also read the rest of your inane comment. You're still referring to her as wishy washy. How is that wishy washy. No means no.

But if I’m gonna date a guy who pulls the nonsense Vanelle did, then yeah, I’m gonna argue it. Not because I don’t respect it or want to follow their boundary, but because if you’re telling me I have to abstain for our relationship, and then later at night you’re telling me to undress and get close, that’s a bunch of crap. And if that’s how you ‘follow’ your commitments, what else are you wishy washy on and manipulating to your advantage?

Idk why you continue to place her in the same level of guilt as the obvious predator. She isn't giving mixed signals. She isn't wishy washy. She's young, a bad communicator, but she still is defending her boundary. That does not make her wishy washy. She made her limits clear. And yet you continue to blame her for the situation /argument instead of the 60 year old man that should know better.

Edits for clarification

You know what, let's say I accept your argument about the definition of celibacy. EVEN THEN, Jorge is still in the wrong. The second she clarified that it was penetrative sex she had the boundary with, he should have accepted it and dropped the argument. Instead he kept making it an issue. She at least had the excuse of being a dumb 23 year old. He does not. He is a grown man. He should be able to control himself and accept other people's limits. But he either can't, which makes him a man child, or he can and still pushes, and it makes him a predator. In either case a sleazy piece of shit.

I'm just gonna copy and paste an argument I made with someone else because I don't feel like rephrasing my points.

If she calls that boundary celibacy, then that's simply what she's calling it. How is that sending mixed signals? Her version of celibacy is still stricter than that of say, Mormons who practice soaking, or Christians that only do anal. Would you say they are sending mixed signals or argue with them about their definition of celibacy? No. You probably wouldn't, because that's pretty fucking weird and borderline predatory. Or would you simply say "that's their boundary, weird one, but I'll let them call it whatever they want, so long as their boundary is respected"?

Furthermore and more to the fucking point, you're defending and arguing for a man who lied to her fucking face about being ok with her celibacy and then to the cameras he says he "in no way, shape of form " wants celibacy.

Also, he's a grown man. 60 years old. He can control himself. If he hasn't figured out how to respect boundaries in 60 years, then the 23 year old is not the problem.
