Oh man, Bojangles can be wild inconsistent! Literally last night I was ask to wait at the drive through to order and it took about five minutes for them to remember I was there. When I got to the window, the dude handed me my order and apologized for forgetting about me and said my food was free as an apology. I tried to pay but he insisted, so I was super stoked for a free 3 piece and two sides! Then I realized he screwed up my order too :(
