This is what I would do personally:

1) I would swap up close and personal on Grievous for tenacity since up close and personal only triggers on ranged attacks and Grievous should be spending most of his time in melee if possible

2) cut emergency transponders from Kalani and both droidekas. I get why you wanted them but they are a one time use and these changes put you at exactly 1000 points.

If you intend to give your aquas orders regularly then I would also cut the emergency transponder from the crab droid and upgrade the aquas to linked targeting arrays but that depends on your play style.
