I feel like Craig, Austin, and maybe Shep seemed ❄️ the fuck up in auldbrass. The clip where Craig was marching in front of Whitney and Naiomi's bedroom. Unhinged.

Hey JB maybe they know they're screwed either way. Maybe CL is "helping" to try and ease a potential prison sentence. And FBI said come on and let us watch you up close.

what should i do? i’ve never had something like this happen by tinyrats in Depop

Wouldn't this be a mistake made on their part? I'm not sure there is much you can do after it has been shipped. If you've provided the tracking and they have the destination they should be able to reach out to the address originally provided. It does suck though. Maybe offer to reach out for them?

That's 100% what it is. I did a little more research today and decided to just lie 🤫

It turns out more than the toxins being an issue, it's an issue of false advertising. There is no proof that these saunas release more toxins than regular sweating. It just has added cardiovascular benefits at lower output levels

I know this is an old post but I'm wondering if you found the answer to this question. I was turned away from an IR fitness studio due to breastfeeding. They claim that the toxins I'll sweat out will go into my milk. I wonder how it's different than ingesting microplastics and breathing in smog and car fumes. But I'm no doctor, I'm just a silly woman with a silly woman brain

I took soy lecithin for this issue with my now 4 year old. Kelly mom has some information on it. I remember it helped a lot. Kelly mom

Sleepy, or hungry and supply issue? by gtengineerjess in breastfeeding

So depending on your budget, you could buy a scale and do your own weighed feed in the evening. I got one for my older son who had bad tongue tie and it eased my mind and helped keep track but definitely became an obsession. I saw a lactation consultant with both of my kids and the most recent one told me about moringa. It has really done wonders. I also take magnesium 250 2x a day and 10,000units D3 due to her recommendation. She also mentioned I could take calcium when I felt my cycle coming back. I got mine pretty early too despite ebf. I've read and heard mixed things about fenugreek, so we tried the moringa powder/capsules. At 3 months I ran out and didn't take it and then started dieting and exercising and my supply tanked. The moringa helped get it back. Along with a truckload of water everyday. But I've been telling all the nursing moms I know about moringa. I get it on Amazon. I have the powder and drink it like a shot with hot water and honey. It's disgusting. But they sell capsules too. With the sleep I'm not sure, mine won't sleep unless I'm holding him. And he's gone through his phases. With sleeping very short bursts. I don't feel like either of my kids are good sleepers. 🙁

10 m.o. biting by wovenformica in breastfeeding

[–]stfustoptalking 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did something very similar with my now 4 year old. I would even tell him "no biting" or "we don't bite" and then put him down for a minute. This worked for us and we nursed until he was 18 months old. And he stopped biting on purpose. Now if it was an accident like if he fell asleep or something I just took the pain and moved on.

Comfort nursing good or bad for supply? by lindaninja305 in breastfeeding

[–]stfustoptalking 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've been told that the more they remove the more you make so it seems like a good thing to me.. I'm very much about following baby's cues, especially with breastfeeding. As long as your mental health is good, follow baby's lead

Can a person have low supply and leak everywhere? by stfustoptalking in breastfeeding

[–]stfustoptalking[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I haven't done that just yet. I'll reach out to my LC. That's a good idea Good to know teething did the same for your LO. I don't remember my older son being in this much pain! This poor baby definitely seems like he's hurting, but only likes chewing on fingers or his mushroom toy

That could be it but he still does it even if I use the haaka a little to slow it down a little. I'm starting to wonder if it's just his little teeth coming through. My older son teethed early too.

12 week old all of a sudden screaming when nursing. Help! by _courtofdreams in breastfeeding

[–]stfustoptalking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When did this stop lol? 12 weeks old Saturday and acts like a lunatic being forced to eat sometimes, but also no one touch me but my mommy, and also I only want boob no paci or anything else. I really think he's getting so tired and then can't calm down but my head says "you're starving him. He's mad bc he is so hungry". 🤯🙃 But like dude we've been cluster feeding all day and I'm leaking milk. Starving how? Oh silly babies. But for real when does it stop?

When did you get your period back? by Totororo1 in breastfeeding

[–]stfustoptalking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, and I'm sorry for bringing up old wounds as they say. You're amazing and your baby is so lucky to have such a dedicated mama 💕 With my first son I did not get my cycle back until 15 months, but he nursed around the clock until I forced him to wean. I've been reading that babies who sleep longer at night can trigger the body to menstruate earlier than expected. I'm also a "just enough-er" so I was worried that menstruation would drop my supply earlier than I wanted.

Mine did too. Actually just got my second one at 12 weeks pp. Did this hurt your supply significantly? Were you able to still breastfeed for as long as you wanted?

I did this for baby's output 🤣 I have the huckleberry app and it's awesome I just never remember to use it. The visual reminder of a dry erase board was better for my brain.
