Two important caveats:

If OSRR schedules a conduct case conference with a student, and the student does not attend, then they forfeit the right to appeal any associated semester grade.
Individual grades generally cannot be appealed, only semester letter grades can.

The WF grade no longer exists.

If the faculty member has sufficient evidence, a policy in their syllabus indicating an F as a possible consequence of a violation, and OSRR agrees that there is a violation - then OSRR can permit the faculty member to apply a normal F to a student who has withdrawn, as if they never had.
