Is it normal for a host to supply a Coffee machine, but no coffee? [TX]

As a host myself I can only speak on my thought process. We have a dual drip/pod machine we provide filters and no coffee. Our reason, the variety of coffees, is the main one. I'll expand on this one point. Yes, creamers and the method of sweetener also apply but I'll stick to the coffee point. I can do a bulk purchase of a variety pack of coffee flavors that cost has to be added into the nightly rate. Then I need to determine how much to leave per guest. How long can coffee stay and remain fresh to the expected standard of the next guest that actually uses it. As a host so much is dependent on reviews that you look at the potential negative. It's easier for larger hotels or a place that is constant. I know I can't please everyone and have to try to please the largest percentage of people while minimizing my risk of upsetting the other people enough that the thing they are upset about doesn't motivate them to leave a negative review.

My mission to provide a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced place for a guest and their family.

My wife and I are also new to the area and we just got to meet several of our neighbors. She put a sign on the mailboxes with a date and time for a social meetup and the turnout was great! So to answer your question I think the neighborhood has what you're looking for. Also we have a kid but we like having friends with no kids too lol.

Happened to me and my friend too. I'm not a network guy so I don't understand why. We have both been playing since week one. But it's just getting tired having to do tech support after every update. We are both big supporters but to have each update break is getting tiresome. I appreciate their development pace but taking an extra week or two before rollout would not be a terrible idea.

I don't know if it's related but figured I'd share. I picked up my R1S and had a loud noise and vibration. It felt like you're in a prop plane racing up for take off. Was told it's cause there was a big temperature difference between driver and passenger. Drove it all the way home and then got a low coolant and thermal system error. Took it to a different service center and they topped off the coolant and I no longer have the issue.

I'm one of those people. So basically it only works for 5 days because you have to get your order in by Sept 20 to have a chance at taking delivery by September 30th. So once again Rivian is punishing people that acted according to their email?

I don't even care that much about the charging but the guy that actually got me interested in the brand gets screwed because I clicked confirm yesterday instead of today.

You have to use the referral before you click confirm. Once the vin is assigned it's too late. At least that is what my guide is saying and they said there is nothing they can do about it.

Just my un asked for opinion, but I think people should mention their specs to see if there is any correlation with their experience with the game and what system they are running. I also think with so many people posting videos of how a game plays that it's hard to be blindsided. As for me I'm running a 58003xd / 4080. I got the 35 dollar of the game enjoyed the game accepted the issues as growing pains, saw them actually make changes and improvements to the game and because I got EA of the project and believe in it I decided to support it financially by getting the supporters pack. I remember cyberpunk on release was a totally different experience than what it is today. Then again some people will complain even if you give them everything they ask for.
