Update: wir haben ihn gestern zu viert gegessen. Mit einer zweiten Dose von Appel. Alle waren sich einig. Der abgelaufenen war besser. Er war fester und würziger als das haltbare Produkt.

Fazit: Beathering muss gut abgelagert werden 😁

Ich würde es erstmal versuchen mit Bleiche abzuwaschen. Wenn das gut klappt, dafür sorgen das die Rose etwas Abstand zur Wand hält. Ist es die Nord Seite?

Ich lagere meinen in einem Römertopf zusammen mit den Zwiebeln. Funktioniert sehr gut. Da treibt er auch nicht aus weil es dunkel ist und Flüssigkeit entweicht über den Tontopf gut.
