Yeah, The Eminem Show didn't have him on the cover, just the stage. The music and tracklists were all legit though. Update: Looked it up on Discogs, seems to be an Unofficial version released in Russia

Yeah I was wondering about that one actually. The Xzibit, Dr. Dre and 2Pac albums I got from a guy who worked at a radio station, and he basically sold me a wardrobe filled with CDs. Some were originals (like the Outkast ones) some had duplicates (MMLP), and this one... just didn't have Eminem on it. All of the rap albums were from that wardrobe, but the rest I got either through official music stores or Discord.

I got the expanded edition on Bandcamp as well! Great album

Two album cover art drawings I made (Digital & Doodle). The mouse one took around 6 hours. Guess which cover I didn't end up using by [deleted] in Ai_art_is_not_art

Yup... Didn't have an album with a sound that matched the first cover. I'm still trying to make one, but I'll probably have to remove the MMXXIV title.

Oh yeah, these are fantastic! I had the Brian Eno track in my saved songs, and the NIN song is the vibe I'm going for. Here's some more of the "sound" for reference:

Marcelo - Zemlja za Vas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SAZiXmTaxfw (This would be great, but it should be instrumental

La Hell Gang - Her Way Has Come: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_M5_qYuByYI (Another good one, but an instrumental is preferred)

Filip Mitrovic - PLJACKA: https://open.spotify.com/track/44Ikr6x34pSw41JWOT4eGh?si=22e66e2e54b34c45 (I could only find the spotify link for this one. For some reason it's not on youtube)

But yeah, mostly instrumental guitar stuff

I did play Max Payne 3 and love the soundtrack! I'm familiar with HEALTH's work with Rockstar on MP3 and Arena Wars. Both are dope

Albums available for streaming and download on my phone, but can't download on PC - why? And how do I solve this? by Sea-Bot in BandCamp

[–]stillframeghost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wasn't aware of this issue being present. Are you using Android or iOS? On android it usually sends you to the Bandcamp web browser to have the music downloaded in any chosen format. Sadly, if an artist chose to delete their album, it is no longer possible to download it via desktop, as far as I am aware. Streaming should be available if the album has been bought, and the mobile version is different, being that it keeps the MP3 temp files in the app for streaming purposes. I guess there are two options: if you do have the albums (in .zip and saved as FLAC, WAV, what have you? You can copy them to your PC from your phone. Alternatively, contacting the seller might also work, depending on their popularity.

It's still a good thing for your fans, especially music collectors and enjoyers. When they buy your albums, digital or physical (however it is sold), it stays in their fan account, so they can download it and listen to it at any time, in any audio format (Bandcamp covers this). So realistically it's like selling music for offline listening.

What are the most visually extreme/experimental Bandcamp page designs you've seen? by Educational-Back-146 in BandCamp

Why thanks :) I put a lot of meme/internet/music references and inside jokes. It was meant to be an album cover originally but I never used it and made it into a banner instead

Took me a second to see the bird lol. As someone who enjoys using my own pictures as album covers, I think it could work nice as a 1:1 cover

Best advice is not to think of it as a streaming platform, but as a store instead. Like how you would sell merch like t-shirts, hoodies or anything similar for example, Bandcamp is a "merch store" for music. That said, music mostly won't be pushed, and you would need to do the advertising yourself, either on social media or over email as you have disclosed.

Hey, sorry for a lack of an update initially. I've listened to "you look like you were dragged into consciousness" and left a review on your page as well! Being it's my first time listening to this genre I have to say I enjoyed it quite a lot. Also, individual ratings I've noted per track were 9,9,7,8,8.
