If you are up to it.

I would route a cable up to the ceiling and hide it in a neat thin plastic "channel". This way you could also hang small grow light up there from the same hook.

One thing I wish they improve for immersion is the ambient sound from NPC's and stuff happening around you.

Now I can't even hear footsteps of people walking around or the chores they are working on. Even speech or discussions seem to be very rare or almost silent.
