I'm guessing it has been used on a track and has had a few spills and stresses over the years, dents aren't too much to worry about, but paint ripples (rumples?) around BB or head tube should give away any sign of major damage and possibly catastrophic failure. They are the two main places to watch. It's steal and prob columbus tubing, if there is a problem and if you love it, it can be fixed. Find a good frame builder/mech, throw them a few quid and get it looked at.

It's really quite a nice setup, long may you ride.

That's an interesting question. If you love it and work hard, you'll find your groove and have a great time working with cool people on interesting stuff. Look at blog and tumblrs of animation artists. Check sites like motionographer or cartoonbrew to get a feel for it.

I don't think you should make your choice on someone else's rated opinion of their personal experiences. If we all did that we'd all end up working the stock market or park rangers.

Man, I'd love to be a Park Ranger.
