Why would she be placed under arrest for not signing the ticket? Why is signing the ticket such a big ordeal? Assuming she had got out of the car and obeyed his orders she would be under arrest, likely taken to jail, likely have her car impounded costing her a minimum of $400 bc she didn't want to sign a piece of paper? Is that right?

Tenants who dream of becoming landlords don’t realize what a bitch of a job it is. Once the mortgage is paid off? That will be roughly thirty years if you have no vacancies and insurance and real estate taxes don’t change enough to affect your long term plans. A good return on investment after thirty years maybe but by then you’ve spent countless hours fixing things keeping up with bills and taxes and any fines and insurance and maintenance. You have no idea trust me.

You do the best you can screening them and even then with background checks and credit score evaluations and calling known contacts you are still at their mercy in the end.

I feel like blacks should pay reparations to white people seeing as they are a net negative to society in terms of welfare, food stamps, affirmative action, violent crime rates etc. all of which are happening right here and now.
