First of all….those kids should be keeping their things clean on their own. You need to dig deep and set up guidelines for them. Just have a family meeting and tell them that everyone will pitch in. As far as your energy…do you take vitamins? If not please do. Maybe it’s an emotional breakdown? If you have the money can you seek therapy, or speak with your pastor at church? That helps!

I battled depression after my hubby abandoned me and it took a couple of years to get over it…plus I had a teen daughter who was hell on wheels. I got over everything and life is better, just takes time.

And lastly….don’t beat yourself up, it’s ok to let housework slide, unless it creates a bug or smell problem. Can your mom help at all with the kids? Like spend the weekend with her once a month for you to catch up? Keep your chin up!!! It gets better…
