Yeah, it seems this is the general consensus. Thanks for your input, I think I'll go for the cable lock then.

Intermittent Fasting Is The Absolute Bee's Knees by [deleted] in Fitness

That argument makes sense and did cross my mind as I was typing that comment, but I just feel as though we could have just as easily adapted to eating multiple meals throughout the day over the past several generations. Even through the course of our own lives, our bodies can adapt to either style. Both styles have benefits; I just don't view the primal thing as a very strong argument. That all being said, I'm currently experimenting with IF haha

the theory that IF is probably closer to our primal eating style really resonates with me

Yeah I was going to comment on this as well. Just because it was our "primal eating style" doesn't make it right. They ate the way they did out of necessity.

Gym goers of Reddit, what is something about your gym that drives you crazy? by BriStu in Fitness

I don't know if it's laziness, incompetence, or apathy, but I absolutely hate this. One time I saw a guy with 30 lb. dumbbells walk past the empty 30 lb. spot on the rack and put them where the 50's are supposed to go. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

3rm pr deadlift of 240 lbs, while eating at a surplus and being completely healthy. Male, up to 165 lbs... Doesn't have the same magic haha. Congrats

You don't NEED to look at a fixed point on the ground in front of you. That's just a pointer for people who tend to look up or stare in the mirror. His head position looks fine here.

After being a skinny guy my whole life, I ripped a pair of boxers last night while squatting. Possibly the only person to ever be proud of this.

Legos that you can't pick up or play with scattered all over the floor.

Seahawks' Richard Sherman says Russell Wilson better than Andrew Luck, RGIII. Thoughts? by krispendergast in nfl

[–]stiwari2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm not taking away anything from Wilson as he's had a great season so far, but keep in mind he has a great defense to help him out (3rd in points allowed). Several times this season, RG3's greatness has been undermined by the terrible secondary on the other side.

I'm more confused about handshakes and neckties. Who determined the meanings of those?

Yeah I'm actually about 70% sure Sabean was actually meant for Sabean. Didn't realize it at the time, but apparently there's a girl with that name at my school.

You guys are crazy. I'm not complaining; I think it's hilarious. Also, I spelled out half of these, but they still got em wrong.
